Fire Station Visit - 10/12

In honor of occupation month, we joined together with another preschool group and visited the Manoa Fire Station.  My kids, including myself, were so excited to visit with the firemen!  What a great job they have.  Real super heroes!
The day before was our lesson on firemen and as a class we all prepared questions to ask them.  Some of the questions they were practicing; "How do you hook a hose to the fire hydrant?", "Do you have a fire dog or cat?", "Do you have any holes in your fire truck?" (hmm.  That was Tristan's).  The firemen were very sweet and great with the kids.

(Please please add photos from your camera if you can so it's not only of my kids! :)
We talked about the fire truck a little.

We even got to sit in the truck!

Where the firemen sleep.

Where the firemen eat.

The firemen welcome visitors anytime.  I'm excited to take the kids back!
